Taekwondo provides an alternative form of exercise that engages children both mentally and physically, helping them develop strength, flexibility, and endurance.
After School Club allows students to learn the fundamentals of Taekwondo, such as basic kicks, blocks and self-defence techniques, at a fraction of a regular club membership price.

Since 2000, we provide an exemplary level of teaching which enables our students to achieve maximum results. We will always give you our best, regardless of whether you just simply want to get fit, learn self-defence, aim to become a gold medallist or even have Olympics aspirations.
Our Instructors are top-level athletes, who have represented Great Britain internationally.
Through taekwondo you can improve your fitness, flexibility and confidence whilst learning self defence through a fun exercise alternative. As it provides a full body workout, taekwondo is favoured by many and practised by people of all ages.
We are inclusive for people with disabilities.
The Club works closely with British Taekwondo and GB Taekwondo to help our students reach the country athletes' elite.
In 2015, British Taekwondo awarded Allen Taekwondo Academy with the Best Performing Club award.
The club frequently hosts seminars and workshops featuring taekwondo practitioners from Great Britain, Europe and the World.
